We are pleased to advise that the reviewed Hatfield Peverel Neighbourhood Development Plan was adopted by Braintree District Council at its meeting on Monday 23rd September 2024:
The reviewed Plan will now replace the old version and will be used in determining planning applications within the area covered by the Plan by both Braintree District Council and Hatfield Peverel Parish Council.
Thank you again to everyone who took the time to give your views, attend and participate in the various consultations to ensure that the Plan was up to date and enhanced, and crucially taking part by getting out and voting in the successful referendum without which the reviewed Plan could not have been adopted.
